These recipes are designed to meet the dietary needs of people who are sensitive to gluten or have diabetic or prediabetic conditions. All recipes are gluten and butter free. Some use alternative and natural sweeteners while some recipes use artificial sweeteners as well. These baked and non baked desserts do, of course contain some calories, however, when used to replace your starch based and refined sugar based products, they will actually help with weight loss.
