The cakes baked to cover with fondant are quite rich and heavy as they have to take the weight of the buttercream and fondant as well. Fondant is always accompanied with buttercream or chocolate ganache and not fresh cream. So the cake is not as light as the one we bake for our fresh cream cakes. Normally 3 standard cakes are always used – Madeira, Chocolate and Rich fruit. So, along with these 3 basic cakes, I shall also be teaching some really exotic flavored cakes as well. These cakes are simple to make yet so delicious and lip smacking!!

Moreover, these recipes can also be used to make cupcakes!!

To compliment these yummy cakes flavored icings and flavors in ganache are also taught in the class ICINGS THAT MAKE THE CAKE.
