Cheesy Pita Triangles

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix butter, garlic, basil leaves, oregano, salt, pepper powder and chilli flakes in a bowl.

Place the pita triangles on a baking tray and spread the cheese-herb mixture evenly on all of them. Keep the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight to ten minutes


  1. Chicken breasts (I always use organic,free range chicken)-This recepie makes enough for upto 4
  2. Your favorite Italian dressing as a marinated.
  3. 2 cups paked basil leaves
  4. 1/2 cup pista
  5. 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  6. dash of freshly ground nuts
