Cooking Classes in Mumbai
Generally women have an inborn natural talent for cooking and are quite fond of indulging their loved ones with their favorite dishes and special treats on special occasions. Each and every woman is confident with her tried and tested recipe but sometimes when she would like to try her hand at some new and exotic cuisine, she may be a little hesitant about the ingredients or the method to prepare them.
Well, that's where cooking classes play a very important role in her life. I believe every woman is blessed with skills in cooking but sometimes she just needs to get some finesse. Cooking should be enjoyed and nurtured – it should not be just a task to be completed in the kitchen. The motto of my cooking classes is "LEARN TO MAKE GOOD FOOD EVEN BETTER."
A lot of cooking courses are offered at my classes. Like, I cover the basic everyday food served at home in my Roz ka Khana class as well as a lot of Exotic and International Cuisines like Lebanese, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, South East Asian, Continental Meals, etc. Authentic Moghlai, Biryanis, Kababs as well as coastal Sea food is also taught for those who love Indian food. I even cover regional Cuisines like Gujarati and Rajasthani. People who love their food at restaurants can now cook like chefs themselves by just attending one class of Restaurant Style Gravies!! A lot of care and attention is taken in sourcing the freshest and most authentic ingredients used in my classes. However, I always give options and variations if these ingredients are not available in certain areas as I have students coming to learn from me from all over India as well as abroad. Veg and Non Veg are always taught separately. The utensils used, oil, spices everything is separate. All the dishes are made in front of the students. A lot of tips, techniques and ideas are shared not only by me but by all of the attending students. I try to create a fun atmosphere at my cooking classes, so that even if a student who has never ever cooked in her life is relaxed and comfortable in learning a new skill. Students are even guided how to source fresh produce, where to get the best prices and how to make their everyday cooking a lot easier.
So, leave no doubt when I claim to run the best cooking classes in Mumbai. It's the faith and love that the students have been sharing with me for the past 10 years that makes me so confident and inspired to continue to teach and share my expertise with you. So book yourselves for the best cooking courses in Mumbai.
